The Lady Warrior hockey team had their make up game on Friday at Bemidji canceled due to weather and their game against Proctor/Hermantown/Marshall on Saturday.

Earlier in the week, they had a game at Crookston where they won, 7-0.

Warroad scored 3 goals in the first period. One was by Kayla Gardner and the other 2 were by Sierra Hanowski.

In the second period, Lisa Marvin got the first 2 and Demi Gardner the other.

Demi Gardner capped the scoring with another in the third period.

Kayla Gardner led the team with 6 points (1G, 5A). Marvin had 4 points (2G, 2A).

Dayton Hilgert got the shut out with 14 saves. Lexi Cromican faced 38 shots.

Warroad is first in the Greater Minnesota conference with 18 points. TRF is second with 13 and Roseau has 11.

The girls have three games on their schedule this week. They are at TRF on Tuesday, have Buffalo at home on Friday and travel to Moorhead Saturday.
