The times posted are when I would like to have the gates open. It will take each team approximately 20 minutes to get everything prepared. I understand that it might be tough to ger here 30 minutes before but if we can that would be great.
I will order the pizzas for the beginning of all the HS games etc., but if you want to call to double check, that is ok with me. Any pizzas ordered after that will be the responsibility of the team(s) running the concessions.
We will have the satellite concessions open for the HS Boys vs Roseau game. If your team has to switch a game for any reason, or if you cannot make it for any reason, it is your teams' responsibility to find or trade with another team to take your place. Your work in the concessions is a tremendous help to the Arena and Youth Hockey Associations.
