Warroad Youth Hockey

 Registration for Warroad Youth Hockey will be on September 12^th and September 14^th from 6pm to 8pm at the Gardens Arena.  This will be for players, coaches and managers.  All players participating in any WYHA events or teams must be registered through USA Hockey.  The fee is $40.00 and will insure players, coaches and managers for the 2011-2012 season.  Anyone not registered will not be able to participate in any WYHA sponsored events or teams.  You can also register online at www.usahockey.com.  Below are some answers to frequent questions about the Online Registration process.  You will need to bring in the confirmation page on Monday or Wednesday along with the Consent to treat form that is attached to this email.  Each participant needs his or hers own Consent Treat form filled out.  For new skaters a copy of a Government Issued Birth Certificate is also required, a birth certificate issued from the hospital is not acceptable.  If you only have an original copy, copies can be made at the arena.  Doing the online registration prior to coming to the arena will speed up your registration process.  WYHA has information that they need to hand out to each family so please plan on attending on 1 of the 2 dates given for registration.  Any returning players that do not register prior to October 1^st will be charged a late fee of $40.00.  Please join us for another fun year of Warroad Youth Hockey.
