Girls & Boys Registration

Welcome to 2026-2027 registration! We are pleased you can join us for another exciting season of Warroad Hockey in Hockeytown USA! Please read the following information carefully to ensure we have a smooth kick off to the 2026-2027 season. We appreciate all your support and enthusiasm for the Warroad Hockey Program and look forward to seeing you at one of the Registration Open House events.  Follow these steps below for your 1st year USA Hockey registered player or for your returning player to build your registration.

A parent or guardian is required to attend a Registration Open House night on August 24th or August 26th in the Gardens Arena lobby from 6pm to 8pm. 

If this is your player's 1st season registered with USA Hockey, and first year as a hockey player, they are not required to participate in the required fundraising. You will need to follow the steps below:

1. Register with USA Hockey prior to registering with the association.
2. Register Here CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. You will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code during the WYH registration process.
3. Select boys or girls registration on the right hand side of this page and proceed to register your player.
4. Select "1st Time USA Hockey Registered Player" on the pricing page.
5. You must enter CASH in the Discount Code box (upper right corner) and select "Apply" to receive free registration. If you miss this step you will be asked for your payment information at the end of the registration process.

3. Select boys or girls registration on the right hand side of this page and proceed to register your player.
4. If choosing to pay in person, you must enter the code CASH (upper right corner) and select APPLY on the pricing page during the registration process. If you do not enter CASH and select APPLY you will be prompted for payment information in order to finish the registration process.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

1. You will need to pick up your raffle tickets and wreath packets at this time. All players at ALL levels (other than 1st year USA Hockey registered players) are required to sell 20 raffle tickets totaling $400.
2. Each player is required to pay a $20 WYH gate fee. This can be paid online while registering or at the Registration Open House.
3. Each player is required to sell 4 Christmas wreaths or pay a buyout fee of $40. This can be paid online while registering or in person at the Registration Open House.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. All Warroad Hockey families are also required to work concession shifts for assigned high school games, team games and other volunteer shifts as needed for each registered player. Volunteer commitment information will be provided at the team parent meeting at the start of the season. All parents are required to sign the document acknowledging this during the registration process.
2. All parents are required to sign the WYH Parent Code of Conduct & the Work Shift Acknowledgement form online during the player registration process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

**Players are not considered fully registered until a parent or guardian has attended an open house night.

**Please note: each player is also required to sell jersey raffle tickets each year. These will be distributed in the spring. This is a fundraiser for all levels of Warroad Hockey.

**There will be a 1.99% plus $0.99 fee for all ACH and credit card online transactions. Credit cards incur an additional 2.99% transaction fee.
