6-week sessions: 3/16/26-4/22/26

Monday: Skill/Office

  • 4:00-4:50pm: SQ/10U/Mites/8U
  • Off-ice 5:00-6:00pm
  • 5:00-5:50pm: 12U/PW/BM
  • Off-ice 6:15-7:15pm



Wednesday: Power Skating/Edge 

  • 4:00-4:45p: SQ/10U/Mites/8U
  • 4:45-5:30p: 12U/PW/BM

Spring Training 2026

Spring training is designed for the Warroad Youth Hockey player who wants to continue their on-ice development in a fun, safe, and educational setting. Monday’s will be skill days focused on stick handling, shooting, and passing at a high pace. This session will be led by Ben Smieja.

We’ll follow the on-ice session with an off-ice training session focused on agility and explosiveness, while using the athletes’ body weight for resistance. This session will be led by Josh Whilem owner and operator of Vital Fitness.

Wednesdays we’ll provide a power skating session focused on edge work, your stride, and becoming a better skater. This session will be led by Kristine Anderson.

Our Spring Training will start March 16th and last till April 22nd or 6 weeks to help continue our players’ on-ice development. Cost for this program is $225 for 18 sessions with professional coaching in all aspects.
