Girls & Boys Registration

Welcome to 2025-2026 Registration! We are pleased you can join us for another exciting season of Warroad Hockey in Hockeytown USA! Please read the following information carefully to ensure we have a smooth kick off to the 2025-2026 season. We appreciate all your support and enthusiasm for the Warroad Hockey Program and look forward to seeing you at one of the Registration Open House events.  Follow these steps to build your Registration:

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. All players MUST register with USA Hockey prior to registering with the association.
  2. Register Here CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number. You will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code during the WYH registration process.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. ALL parents are required to attend the Registration Open House on August 18th or August 21st in the Gardens Arena lobby from 6pm to 8pm. 
  2. You will need to pick up your Raffle tickets and Wreath packets at this time. All players at ALL levels are required to sell 20 raffle tickets totaling $400.
  3. Each player is required to pay a $20 WYH gate fee. This can be paid online while registering or at the Registration Open House.
  4. Each player is required to sell 4 Christmas wreaths or pay a buyout fee of $40. This can be paid online while registering or in person at the Registration Open House.
  5. All Warroad Hockey families are also required to work concessions and other volunteer shifts as needed for each registered player. Volunteer commitment information will be provided at the team parent meeting at the start of the season.
  6. All parents are required to sign the WYH Parent Code of Conduct online during the player registration process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

**Players are not considered fully registered until all of the above requirements have been met.

**Please note: each player is also required to sell jersey raffle tickets each year. These will be distributed in the spring. This is a fundraiser for all levels of Warroad Hockey.

**There will be a 1.99% plus $0.99 fee for all ACH and credit card online transactions. Credit cards incur an additional 2.99% transaction fee.  



GIRLS REGISTRATION

The registration deadline for all returning players is August 21st, 2025.

A $25 late fee will be added to your account for all returning players registering after August 28, 2025.
